Upgrade your Ninebot MAX G30 with a full-size aluminium bottom plate designed for high-power VESC setups.

Unlike the original plastic battery cover, the aluminium plate can be used as a large external heatsink when your VESCs are mounted directly on top of it. This allows heat from the controllers to transfer into the plate and dissipate across a much larger surface area.

Improved VESC Cooling

High-power VESCs can generate a significant amount of heat under acceleration and sustained load.

By mounting the controller directly against the aluminium plate using thermal paste or a thermal pad, heat can be transferred away from the VESC baseplate and spread throughout the entire bottom plate.

This creates a large passive heatsink underneath the scooter and can greatly improve cooling compared with mounting the controller against plastic or leaving it enclosed inside the deck.

For best thermal performance, ensure the VESC mounting surface has good contact with the aluminium plate with thermal paste.
